LinkedIn was created to be a “professional” platform, not a social one.
This means people are more in the mindset to do business and network professionally on LinkedIn than they are on any other platform. "Selling" your professional services is much easier to do here.
When it comes to the number of registered users, LinkedIn is comparatively small in size.
As of 2022, LinkedIn now has over 800 million registered users, whereas both Instagram and Facebook are in the billions. In addition, the number of users who actively post content on LinkedIn is very small (less than 20%) so overall, you’re dealing with a much less saturated market and therefore much more opportunity for you to be visible to your target audience.
Unlike some of the other platforms, you can still get very good organic reach on LinkedIn without having to pay to play.
It’s very possible to build up an engaged following of your target audience and ideal clients who buy into your services, without you ever needing to spend a penny on advertising. How? By being visible on LinkedIn. I built my audience to over 30K followers organically with this method.
